W-357 LS-80/LS-160 Series Line Type

Provies 80mm or 160mm length of cleaning capability - housed in polypropylene to prevent metallic contamination. APPLICATIONS:cleaning of liquid cystal displays (LCD), flat panel displays (FPDs), silicon wafers, photomasks, reticles and other applications where sub-micron particle removal is required.

W-357 Series Line Type

Same as the W-357 LS-80/LS-160 series but its provides 380mm 0r 580mm of cleaning capability.

W-357 Series PULSE-JET - Nozzle Type

Particle removal for critical cleaning applications - using higher-frequency megahertz energy with accelerated water molecules, submicron level cleaning is possible, without damaging sensitive microelectronic devices. To be paired with W-357 series nozzles.

W-357 Series Nozzle type - P-20

P-20 has a small housing(20mm dia.) requires small amount of water for operation. To be used with appropiate generator type.
